For Your Security Service Appointment

Thank you for scheduling service with J&J; Security Services Corp. To help ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please review and complete the following before our technician arrives:

• Ensure someone 18+ is present during the appointment window.
• Provide clear access to all equipment (control panels, cameras, NVR/DVR, access panels).
• Provide access to all sensors (door/window contacts, motion detectors, etc.).
• Have WiFi network name and password available for technician use.
• Secure pets to prevent interference with technicians.
• Have any known issues or error messages ready to share.
• Ensure system passwords or access credentials are available.
• Clear any obstacles around work areas.
• Confirm power is available to all system components.
• Notify staff or residents about the scheduled visit.
